there is a known bug for the installation, you cannot put it in a X86
folder.. or it causes issues.. SAP bug
something with the program_filesX86 kills the appliaction,
install it in its own direcotry.. d:/SAP/xyz

permissioning to Analytics where nothing worked unless the user was an

It can come from the user security embedded with the analytics universe. At
the web intelligence designer see the SQL generated and execute it directly
at the database. If it reports no records even when executed directly at
the database it can be because the reason I said.
The BO user must exist
Make sure the user ID you use to log into infoview matches the user ID in
Remedy and that user in Remedy should have permissions to the data you want
to see... such as Incident Management.
