I'd like to take a poll. Of those of you that authenticateAR Servervia AD, which is the method you use? ... via Area LDAP or OS .
I was told that the OS method required less maintenance. However,each person who would login to submit a ticket (via Remedy Requester)mustbe in the USER table.
