Dear All, We are implementing ITSM 7.0 for our company. We are in progress of configuring Opt Cat, Product Cat, and Assignments in the system, we have got around 10K of Product cat records, I would appreciate if any one let us if in case there is a way for bulk upload. Thanks in advance.
