Date/Time/Login+ append to WorkLog

I apologize if this is a newbie question, but I have been unable to locate the information I need. I am trying to find what workflow appends the Date/Time/Login+ into each Worklog entry. I have tried running AL and Filter logs on both the client and server, but cannot seem to track down

This action will not appear in a logfile, if I remember correctly. Like David Shellman said, it is system-generated. Just accept that the system-generated information is something you can't change and add to what's there. I tried several different things in a development environment until I got
