I am trying to run a Crystal Report and pull the Date and Time that a Remedy ticket was placed in Fixed status. I can not find where this field is at. Please can anyone help.

That will contain the time when the Status field was last set to Fixed. Is this what you were looking for?

When I
view the Status History on the Menu in remedy, I only see Status
Enumerated "NEW". I do not show any of the other status that the ticket
went through. The only place that I see all the status, is on the History
tab insi
