All,
I added a few fields to RQC:ServiceRequestWizard and to SRM:Request as
well as HPD:HelpDesk (ie Incident Management) forms. My problem is I
can get the new fields to populate
I:Event Parameters but do not see where the>system is being told which fields to grab and how
