I found this thread from a couple weeks ago. We are planning to install
Patch 21 this weekend and we are wondering if there are anymore issues
found, or if anyone knows if these issues already stated have been resolved.

we went to patch 21 and after we figured out the suource
of the problem, then tech "support" said that the error was a know issue.
