Oh no we just spent weeks together trying to integrate Virtual Agent with MyIT. It's not cool, having to navigate btw MyIT(user console), VA(another url/port) and Remedy(some custom forms). I can't quite wait to see BMC's version though, I'm quite a fan of the individual components already.

Dear All, I have Installed MyIT 2.1 with User Experience Patch 1.0 in my VM. VM is running with 10 Gb of RAM and its stable with all the services running. However, when launch http://localhost:9000/ux/console it gets redirected to MyIT app (which is fine) and then just keeps loading. I have tried
