supportweb site. The descriptions are so short and undescriptive that
they are basically meaningless, not to mention the fact that there
seem to be duplicates of many of them; though I do not think
internally they represent the s

A few things:
- The defect description is informative and to the point
- The defect contains a workaround
- No login required to see the defect or workaround
- A search engine can find the information (aka Google, not an
internal kb product)
