It is an office politics thing as much as it is for reporting.
The one team reports to a different executive and they do not want to show up
in their drop down.
I tried the following:

I did the same thing just with the Names, not the Organization.
Export a report of Support Group with Instance ID, Company, Organization,

Hi All & TGIF,
We're in a transition from ARS 6.3 custom to ITSM 7.6.04 and I have a support
group that was imported but has never actually been used (e.g. Incidents
assigned) in ITSM, and there are no users assigned to the group. Can I simply
rename the group? Or would this cause a problem?
