Has anyone got this error when attempting to run the canned OTB reports from the web on Crystal XI and ARS 7.0.1 Patch 002. Failed to process the request!! An error occurred at the server : Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Add objects to the folder' (id - 1) for 'Root Folder' (id - 23).
