If l understand correctly the issue is the returning a date/time instead of the value that is held in the field in the tables in Remedy. The value for date/time fields is Unix epoch time the number of seconds since 1st January 1900 00:00:00 ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix_time
