Midtier log below.
It appears auto assignment failed. But it should
complain differenlty, not sure why it would go ahead
with Incident creation causing this.
Checking auto-assign rules now.

These are two separate errors happening on the web
(but not on Remedy User).

When users click search on a from (ITSM 7 form
Incident), they get:
ARWARN 9351: Unable to set up data connection, which
is preventing the application from working
correctly.
