The last time I was in Asbury was September for the Morro Castle presentation. Even then, it was pretty decrepit. Hopefully it will look a bit better now that some work is being done.

lot of stuff to prepare for construction of the Wesley Grove complex,
and of course they tore down the Lyric (which was most recently a

I thought the same thing when I saw them using wood, but I guess they
did a cost analysis. I am surprised however, that

corey - that is true, that 2 of the 3 sub developers
have broken ground. things look good on both sites.
the third site, c8, hasnt started new construction
yet. but clean up and dismanteling of the old high
rise has been underway for weeks. their waiting for
approval, accordoing to their web
