I had the luck of meeting someone the other night, who retired 7 years
ago at the age of 45. At one of his homes along the J Shore, the
neighbors all bought the beach - but run it publicly to avoid any
problems.
One year, beside this pay, his bonus was $5m.

I've always used this argument with people - know the tax rates. Look
at what you are paying in taxes - a better investment may be where your
monthly payment is going to
