here is a thought. For october, turn the casino or CH into a haunted house. Would bring people into the town I am sure the businesses could use that and profits could go to a charity. Too late for this year. Maybe a performing arts group could put this together? Work together with the businesses

walking around today, i took notice of north beach from all angles. i really like that building, and i think its going to be great when its done. its nice. i never complained, or was shocked about its distance from the street in the early stages (it was made clear before ground breaking). i
if you look at the curbs infront of convention hall, which i did again today. you can see they are indeed a lot lower then the curent street level, by at least 2 feet. but, i think its done for a reason. NOT a mistake, nor poor judgement, or not miss judging current structures and land heights.
