Lighty . I believe Belmar issued 425 seasonal rental "co's" Down from I believe 550 last year. Why? More owner occuppied - at least in the summer. Higher prices drive older homeowners and or investors out. As do higher and higher re taxes and rents that remain stable from 10 years ago. Som
