I want to know why these people are being called "refugees"? Refugees are non-citizens! They are "evacuees"! There are no Haitians, Puerto ricans or Dominicans like residents here in AP. These people are the descendants of French, Indian, Spanish who "settled" New Orleans in the 1700's!
