involved with - it was even advertised in MLS. Over 200 attorneys from
all walks of gvt, public notices, etc.
Result:
10 people were in the court. 2 bidders. The rest attorneys. All done in
8 minutes.

If you are talking about some tiny little public notice in the back
of the newspaper, there was no such advertising. There was however
much better advertisment. For years, back to the mid 1990's, it was
all over the news that different groups were trying to negotiate for
the rights.
