APHS and the city should get an estimate to do the renovations and
video camera surveillance in one fell
Now that I know more about this, it really saddens me that the APHS spent so
much money
to try and improve the park, only to have some idiots ruin it.
I know that hind sight is 20/20, but the park, at least for as long as i've
been here, is dark
at night and an easy target for a place to do
