COndos (not any in the redev zone):.85 for sale.
Multi family: 56 properties (most s/b single family)
OThers: around 25 commercial properties (Apartments etc).
Plus another bunch not in MLS plus the new condos.

I just wanted to burp this report up from a few months ago. The
numbers for the 1st Quarter of '06 for Asbury were released.
