ASBURY PARK Two teens rescued a woman from a rip current off the

I was there and ran down to assist.
H, I walked my dog past that same chubby cop last night, and it
made me wonder why the APPD allows an out of shape officer to be on

He seems like a nice guy and he did run to do his job, so I should not
be on him.
