who keeps reappointing the same judge who is hard on tax paying residents and
lenient on criminals? It's time to get rid of the judge or the city council

appointed.
The suspect gets all the help in the world - PTI, go see a counselor(s) (anger,
drugs, life, school, parenting...) while the VICTIM gets bored about the
