There is always disagreement about value. Or didn't you know? If there wasn't I would have to find a new way to make a living. I wish I was in AP a few years ago. I can't beleive what they get away with. At least fake it or go through the motions as we have both seen.

But the question of value is almost a mute point - since the property is being turned over to the redeveloper. A real appraisal would be one with a real buy and seller - not the case here. YOu should figure around 75k per unit. Yahoo! Groups Sponsor

Thank you. Asking for a more reasonable price is not the same as trying to stop construction. Besides they must know that such a lawsuit could be brought at any time and they're choosing to go forward anyway. If such a suit was brought what would stop them from continuing? No one is saying
