Well - I couldn't place any articles but I seem to remember that neither of them had a bachelor's degree. I just did a search and found that Weldon got the City Manager position despite not being qualified

What does a high school diploma have to do with intelligence? Probably somewhat less. At least someone who chooses higher education is investigating the world, challenging their abilities, trying to improve
