Several months ago there was a controversy regarding the installation of
equipment by NJ Natural Gas along the sidewalks downtown.
Apparantly Red Bank had the same issue but challanged it in court...

the shopsartists...restaurants...gallerys...and theatre's that will

why does noone talk about the downtown' of asbury park... the
development that is going on there...how to help the struggling
businesses...new and old...about the great grass roots activities that
bring live bodies into AP...(may not be the mainstream people...but

I always wondered why we don't have any major signs telling people
traveling on Main to turn into the downtown district. A lot of
tourists going up and down the coast might not even know this area
exists and just keep on going straight to somewhere else to spend their
money.
