These two workers have not passed the entrypoint of the thread-mainloop
for this time. Just try to find out (maillog) what the last action of
these two workers was.
It is possible that they are waiting for an DNS responds, for ClamAVd or
they are doing large BlackBomb regexes.

I might try you code but remember I am no programmer so have no idea
what app to use that would show the line numbers you suggest.

The change of the 'Command' is done by Schedule::Cron only on linux
