I tried to send this message to the list towards the end of last month
but it never came through. I think a typo in the identity of my mail
account may have caused that so I am trying the send again. There
haven't been any changes to the ARC plugin since Feb so I don't think

I have spent the last couple of hours backtracking and testing through
different versions.
All versions after 12058 are giving me the same bug and it appears to be
in the way messages are passed off to the MTA.
