I think redre.txt (text auto-submited) was putting my smtp autorized user
IP in penaltybox, however it did not use any penalties until I set DelayIP
to value diffrent than 0

in Do Not Limit Different IP addresses For These Domains* (maxSMTPdomainIPWL)
in this way I can use without big issues maxSMTPdomainIP to 3 or 2 too
