We can afford to run the service because we receive a small settlement
(a fraction of a cent) for each inbound minute to our DIDs, and that
more than pays for the bandwidth, etc., required.

Numbers in the UK are assigned by OFCOM (the communications regulator), and are
assigned based on need/demand. Provided you can demonstrate need for numbers,
the regulator imposes no charge on the telecoms company for holding those
numbers.
Of course,
How can they afford to run the service?

mention if you offer SLA to these numbers.
Thanks.

Hi,
A friend has a few hundred deployed LeadTek BVA8055's and needs to bulk
re-provision them. There isn't much documentation on the web.
Anyone have documentation explaining the LeadTek provisioning process and the
provisioning file format?
