Yes, I am and so are around 80% of all the other PCs in the world. I
have to admit I have as many Linux machines that I manage as Windows
machines, so for me the statistics doesn't hold. While I admire what
linux can do, it is in no way a replacement for windows in an office

Cisco phones work with asterisk but in my experience aastra and
polycom as well as linksys and snom work better.
