The CLECs have not historically shared numbers. Wireless numbers are basically out-of-bounds in North America for economic reasons (at inception, AMPs and PCS charged for minutes of use regardless of who originated the calls. "Caller Pays" is still not in the cards). You might look at www.411xml.c
