The CLI shows a different problem. Lookup GotoIf and Asterisk Dialplan Expressions in voip-info.org for that.

I have a customized dialer program tested for more than a week already.
I use the manager API Originate action to Originate a call from a

problem is that the Originate action causes Asterisk to hang (needs
restarting) everytime
Hitting 0 when asterisk announces that the call has gone to voicemail immediately goes to the 'o' reserved extension:

Our Setup:
In our company we run multiple asterisk servers, and agents login
(using AgentCallbackLogin) to any of these. One person, one agent
number ID.
The Problem:
Dialing an agent number from within one pbx is easy, but if you want to
dial an agent logged in another pbx, its more complicated.
Your answer was in queues.conf that's why you only got 1 reply.
Where in queues.conf? Could you please point out where? Thanks

We currently use v1.0.9 here, Monitor( ) seems to work fine, shows us
the dialplan.
It should be working if you configure the dialplan correctly.
Since you are using v1.0.9 have you gotten Queue( ) and Agent channel
dialing to work with it?
