be better suited to streaming a
meeting? I can envision a such a device dialed into a wideband
conference bridge, then that bridge streamed via Shoutcast or something
similar?
Anyone done this before?

who has functional BRI already. They're
a TV station using it to convey production audio. If they agreed would
it be possible/practical to use their BRI for a short while just to
have a quick test?

Obviously its handy for BLF (to see whos on a call)...but what else?
Anyone want to share interesting things theyve done with a sidecar?

I just gave her a few ideas, but she took it and ran with it--she chose
the audio and did the mix-down and everything. Really funny!!

I don't think this module is available or manufactured anymore.
So it seems difficult for anyone to reproduce this DECT attack.
Or you could buy it in numbers on eBay.de for 19,99 ;-)

I recall someone talking about a Siemens devices that works with all

Of course, there's no way to update it, since I can't get the networking
to work properly.
I'd put it on LAN using static IP, then set the base to get the latest
firmware.

is a SIP/DECT

up the hardware ladder, supporting one POTS line as well as 8 ITSP

a little too easy to turn the handset off by accident. However firmware
