I have found that in some recent version of Asterisk v1.4, NVFaxDetect has
started to cause segfaults on my system. I am using the following code in
extensions.conf:

correct solution. Apparently, not all TFTP servers are created equal.
I uninstalled tftpd (running Ubuntu server Hardy Heron) and installed
