I'm using Asterisk 1.4.27. In queues.conf I do not find this option. I have added it, reloaded Asterisk, but still the destination is '1' or '2'. Does it make a difference of my queue members are just SIP-accounts in stead of agents ? member => SIP/VCsupport,1,Jonas member => Agent/VCjoeri,2,Joe
