I'm asking if there is a small hardware already implemented with
software that just do traffic Shaping QoS?
I have found *D-Link DI-102 VoIP QOS Adapter Packet Prioritizer
*But it does not look available in Italy !

DD-WRT will do both HTB and HFSC shaping, though I've only ever used HTB.
