Ok - to solve the problem and mark incoming calls w/ Unknown if the
callerid is unavialable or block, as opposed as them showing up from
asterisk. I put the following in the general section of my sip.conf
[general]
callerid=Unknown
Look at asterisk bug 1688 for more info.
