What are the best FXS cards for Astlinux and what would be the cheapest

I receive faxes directly on Asterisk/Astlinux which converts to a tiff and
emails to me. I send faxes from a Brother multi-function
printer/scanner/fax connected to Linksys/Cisco PAP2T. I have very poor
success rate sending faxes. Sometimes they get through, sometimes they do
