I have done with MIPS platform. It is working with 2.6.19 kernel.
So it is not a Card issue and I have used AR5414...

This is a known problem with no perfect solution.
The patch in http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.drivers.ath5k.devel/3419
works for me and Bob might take it, so please give it a try and
report whether it works for you.
