If virtual audio cable is set up properly and the NVDA synthesizer output device selection is not showing it, something is badly wrong. It sounds like you have driver issues, except that it could easily be an NVDA bug. There is more information on those

If you have speakers, do the following:Go to nvda menu>preferences>synthesizer.Change output device to be your speakers.This prevents NVDA from using the default output device, so you'll have to put it back when you're done. If you do this, all NVDA spee
