I had a massage seat once. I forget the name of it but it wasn't a chair, it was a device to strap onto a chair. It has a cushion for you to sit on, that part didn't have any heat or massage, but the rest of it that ran up

Thanks for your answer. The pain in my neck is so extreme so I need to do something about it in a few days if it's not better after a good night of sleep. So I might visit a physio therapist to hopefully get my neck fixed
