Re: Help with laptop hello.the problem with the down arrow is because there is some kind of gelatinous plastic under the key, and it made so it can act like a spring and go to it's prier shape when the key is released, thus bringing the key up. and that plastic lost it's shape because

Re: Help with laptop Hi there, I did try that but it's still happening. I have not found any such issues with JAWS but the thing is I don't use it much. Can it be because I am using some older version of windows. I am not using JAWS because somehow its voice is cracking while speaking

Re: Help with laptop Hi.I can't help with the down arrow problem apart from saying maybe you need to get a key replaced?Have you tried going to the keyboard settings in the NVDA menu and swiching the layout?I use the laptop layout and just switched to PC to test what you said and noticed
