Hi.Not as far as I know, no.It's a file you put in the folder you want to change, press enter on it, follow the instructions and it will rename files.

I can't check right now, but does it maybe use a text file for the symbols? Like, a .cfg or .ini file in the program's folder?

Batch files, maybe? I don't remember the commands to rename folders in anything... but probably something like rd *.* *%21* /y , but I'd doublecheck that for sure.
