Eat healthy, have smaller portions, avoid 2nds and 3rds, exercise to what your body can handle, and basically have some common sense and avoid the things you know will pop the wait on faster than you can say manamon.

some sport exercise maybe, mite be a bad idea but just a suggestion, i'm not expert on this or something so don't take me too seriusly i do have morning exercise from time to time.

also, eat smaller, balanced (one from the protein group, one from the carbs group and one from the fiber foods) meals but eat 5 or so throughout the day. Snack light but filling things like almonds, yogurt, an avocado slice topping a whole grain toast and so on

You'll probably get a lot of answers that conflict with one another, and everyone is different. That being said, drinking predominantly water and cutting back on portion sizes is generally the way to go. Exercising isn't going to make you lose pounds

I do the rowing machine for like 40 minutes. It works out your whole body.

Get a treadmill. You can listen to audio while running on it. Just set it up at the beginning and go for a half an hour, or less to start out. Anything will help.
