@16 just run keynote radio.m3u file and then type any message and press enter. it will paly in your player which you opened m3u file

Are you kidding? Windows 98 and 95 require barely any ram to run, because machines weren't that powerful by today's standards. 512mb of ram and a single core of your cpu should be just fine.

If you can get an older braillenote, You Can, but I don’t know how many screenreaders still support that. The version on windows 98 isn’t as good in my opinion
