you can probably use This piece of softwarethe only only small bummer is that the browse button when choosing a source file to process is really not accessible but once you know its location you can boookmark it with your mouse utility or whatever and the rest is

I don't know, windows movie maker, iMovie maybe, I can almost guarantee stuff like Sony Vegas, Adobe Premier, Divincci Resolve, Final Cut Pro and the like will probably not be. Also those are not free programs, so I am not really sure.
