I have not measured the voltage, but Jameco was kind enough to send a
catalogue, so I looked it up. The Brand listed is Orb with a reference
number of 777-052000S-UF. A google search turned up this:

No it doesn't - that would be an unregulated supply i.e. just a
transformer, rectifier and cap.

Yes, the Acoustic Energy package looks like a complete bargain. I have
