Nice idea. But it does say in its FAQ that it cannot read a barcode through a transparaent plastic CD case, due to short focus optics, which would make it unsuitable for the idea in this thread, I believe. -- SteveC

Use Foobar to downsample them to 24/44.1 or 24/48 as appropriate rather than relying on the SB to do it properly (it doesn't). I have a few and they sound fantastic, but I imagine that the CDs do too - never compared them! Adam -- adamslim Those are my principles, and if you don't like
