As far as I was aware, only Infrant/Netgear produced the appropriate build of SqueezeCenter for the ReadyNAS. This may have changed now they have opened up the firmware to allow the community to assemble software addons. If this is still the case then you probably will not be able to run any

Yes, native 88.2 (no resampling) is supported in TP v.40+. V.40 has bugs related to the knob and the digital inputs, but 88.2 playback works well. If you need the digital inputs, wait for V.42. -- seanadams seanadams's
